Aetna Insurance was looking for ways to expand its service as an employee health plan provider beyond supporting the medical needs of members. Their existing employee benefits hub (where employees access their benefits, company discounts, rewards, and other perks,) was outdated and losing ground to competitors. They turned to a new division in the company, called Health Cloud, to reimagine what their ideal wellness client experience could be.
