Social Distancing

Amid all the tragedy, fear, and exhaustion experienced during the pandemic, this strange moment in time also ended up generating a large amount of creative fuel for many. Mixed with the feeling of having more free time on my hands and the itch of isolation, I began spending time each day toying with illustrative designs that aimed at capturing what I was hearing and feeling.

The project did not begin with the intention of becoming a "series". Instead, it was just a way to explore my craft and share with others. Although the fact that it grew into something larger was a happy outcome. My favorite projects are always the ones that start as small, unassuming ideas that take on a life of their own in surprising ways.
